Terms of Use
The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the hospital and users in connection with the use of the website (vvlyps.com and related domains, hereinafter the "Site") operated by VVLY Plastic Surgery (hereinafter the "Hospital").
① The hospital publishes terms, trade name, address, representative, business reg, contact info, etc., on the site's initial screen for user awareness.
② The hospital may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and upon revision, the effective date and reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the site starting 7 days before the effective date.
③ If users disagree with revised terms, they may request withdrawal.
The services provided by the hospital via the site are as follows.
① Users apply for membership by filling out forms and agreeing to these terms.
② The hospital may refuse membership or revoke it later in the following cases.
As a rule, the service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the service may be temporarily suspended on days or at times designated by the hospital for routine system maintenance, expansion, and replacement.
The hospital may restrict service use in the following cases.

① The hospital does not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and does its best to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.
② The hospital must have security systems for user privacy and must publish/comply with the privacy policy.
Users must not engage in the following acts.
① Copyrights for works created by the hospital belong to the hospital.
② Users must not, without prior consent, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained through the use of the site for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use it.
① Disputes between the hospital and the user shall, in principle, be settled amicably through mutual agreement.
② The interpretation of these terms and matters not specified herein shall follow relevant laws or commercial practices.
These terms are effective as of Jan 1, 2026.
