Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the hospital and users in connection with the use of the website (vvlyps.com and related domains, hereinafter the "Site") operated by VVLY Plastic Surgery (hereinafter the "Hospital").

Article 2 (Definition)

1. "Site" refers to the website operated by the hospital for medical info, consultation requests, and member management.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members accessing this site and using services provided by the site per these terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who registers on the site and uses the services provided by the hospital.

Article 3 (Terms and Revisions)

① The hospital publishes terms, trade name, address, representative, business reg, contact info, etc., on the site's initial screen for user awareness.

② The hospital may revise these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and upon revision, the effective date and reason for revision shall be specified and announced on the site starting 7 days before the effective date.

③ If users disagree with revised terms, they may request withdrawal.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The services provided by the hospital via the site are as follows.

5. Before-and-after photos and review information provided
6. Other services set by clinic

Article 5 (Sign-up)

① Users apply for membership by filling out forms and agreeing to these terms.

② The hospital may refuse membership or revoke it later in the following cases.

• If the applicant has previously lost membership under these terms
• If not using a real name or using someone else's
• If false information is entered or required details are omitted
• If approval is impossible due to the user's fault or if the application violates other prescribed matters

Article 6 (Service Hours)

As a rule, the service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the service may be temporarily suspended on days or at times designated by the hospital for routine system maintenance, expansion, and replacement.

Article 7 (Restriction of Service Use)

The hospital may restrict service use in the following cases.

• If a member violates obligations or interferes with normal service operation
• In case of acts violating laws or contrary to public order and customs
• In case of acts defaming others or causing disadvantage
• In case of technical threats like hacking or spreading viruses

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

Article 9 (Hospital's Duties)

① The hospital does not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and does its best to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms.

② The hospital must have security systems for user privacy and must publish/comply with the privacy policy.

Article 10 (User Duties)

Users must not engage in the following acts.

• Theft of others' info
• Unauthorized change of hospital info
• Infringement of hospital/third party IP
• Defamation of hospital/third party, interference
• Posting obscene, violent, or anti-social information

Article 11 (Copyright Ownership & Restrictions)

① Copyrights for works created by the hospital belong to the hospital.

② Users must not, without prior consent, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use the information obtained through the use of the site for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use it.

Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)

① Disputes between the hospital and the user shall, in principle, be settled amicably through mutual agreement.

② The interpretation of these terms and matters not specified herein shall follow relevant laws or commercial practices.
