Anesthesia is the part of plastic surgery that demands the most caution. VVLY is not a hospital with a resident anesthesiologist, but to fill that gap, we manage it in multiple layers — from pre-op risk screening to real-time monitoring, emergency response, and a transfer system.

Blood tests, an ECG, and a health questionnaire identify factors that could affect anesthesia in advance.

Most nose surgeries are performed under sedation, with anesthesia depth adjusted throughout.
